The RaceLink project was born from several observations:

Teams struggle to find available drivers, and drivers struggle to find teams that are recruiting.

Motorsport professionals are looking for opportunities, and teams, promoters, circuits and service providers are searching for qualified staff for permanent or temporary assignments.

Fans are scattered and forced to search multiple sources to live their passion and get behind the scenes of motorsport.

From all these observations, Ali (father of a driver), Mehdi (driver), Stéphane (driver) and Mike (co-founder) decided to join forces to create RaceLink.
